Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, paying membership fees, or physically entering the facilities of Yoga Center Fitness Gym (located in Sector I-10/2, Islamabad, Pakistan), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or premises.

2. Membership & Billing

• Fees: Membership fees (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and must be paid in full at the start of the subscription period.
• Non-Refundable: All registration fees, monthly packages, and quarterly/annual memberships are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Access: Active gym/studio access is only granted to members in good financial standing.

3. Facility Rules & Conduct

To maintain a comfortable and encouraging sanctuary environment, we require all members to respect the following code of conduct:

• Attire: Appropriate gym clothing and clean, non-marking athletic closed-toe shoes are required on the weight floor.
• Hygiene: Please wipe down machines and equipment after use. Bring a clean personal workout towel.
• Respect: Show mutual respect to all other gym members and our training staff (including Mam Nazli Sultan and group trainers). Abusive, threatening, or loud conduct will lead to instant termination of membership.
• Equipment: Do not drop dumbbells or slam weight stacks. Please return all weights, mats, and accessories to their storage racks.

4. Health, Fitness & Liability Waiver

Please read this waiver carefully:

By engaging in any training program, lifting weights, or participating in yoga classes at Yoga Center Fitness Gym, you certify that you are in good physical condition and have no medical impairments that would make training unsafe. You assume all risks associated with physical activity. Yoga Center Fitness Gym, its management, and its trainers are not liable for any physical injuries, medical emergencies, or lost/stolen personal property on the premises.

5. Termination rights

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any member who violates facility regulations, causes disruption, fails to pay fees, or engages in inappropriate behavior, without warning or refund.

6. Changes to Terms

Yoga Center Fitness Gym reserves the right to modify these rules and service guidelines (such as updating operating hours or adjusting membership fees) at any time. Changes will be posted clearly in the gym lobby.
